This chocolate from Akesson‘s is made by 100% Forastero Cocoa & Cocoa Nibs from the Fazenda Sempre Firme in Brazil.
In April 2009 Bertil Akesson and his Brazilian partner Dr. Angelo Calmon acquired the historic farm Fazenda Sempre, which stands in the middle of the Brazilian rainforest in the Mata Atlantica region, the wild forest with the highest biodiversity on earth.
