Soy tempeh: tempeh is similar to tofu, but it’s made from fermented soy and has a more nutty flavor. You don’t have to prepare the tempeh yourself starting from soy beans, as it’s quite complicated. The easiest option is to buy it. Tempeh can be found in many supermarket, more likely in supermarkets that are specialized in organic foods. Basic preparation is super simple, just brown it in a pan with olive oil and with species to your liking for a few minutes and eat!
