After more than twenty years working in companies that create medicines for the world’s most serious diseases, I have decided to start this blog to spread education on the most widespread and readily available of all medicines: your own eating habits. A medicine that not only can cure you in many cases, but most importantly prevents many diseases from occurring in the first place.

In May 2023 I have achieved the certificate from Harvard Medical School from the program “Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan“.
This program covered the design of personalized plans for nutrition and sustained lifestyle changes. With real-world insights into nutrition science across life stages, I have learned to adapt frameworks to create customized behavior health plans.
I have a scientific background: a master’s degree in Digital Electronics Engineering and a full time international MBA. I have spent more than a decade passionately learning about wellness and nutrition, mainly to improve my own eating habits and feel better. I create educational content as a science communicator. Beside my research activity about healthy nutrition, I have 20 years of experience in healthcare, with focus on enabling positive behavioral changes through digital communications.
The content that you can find on this website is based on many years of researches on the most authoritative and unbiased scientific sources about nutrition. The key sources of information that inspire my content include, but are not limited to, the following:
- The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the research conducted by Professor Walter Willett, MD, DrPH, author of the best selling book Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy.
- A methodic review of PubMed to identify current recommendations for a healthy lifestyle
This blog will not present any special diet to lose or gain weight, or any exotic remedies to heal from a certain condition. My goal is just to convince you to make a positive change in your eating behaviors, even just a small one, towards adopting healthy eating habits that can make you feel better and live longer, healthier lives.

I have been passionate about quality chocolate for about a decade. Dark chocolate is a great example of a food that is at the same time delicious and very healthy, when eaten in moderation.
I am a proud holder of a Level 1 Certificate in Chocolate Tasting from the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao tasting.
