This 75% dark chocolate is produced in Saigon by the Vietnamese chocolatier Marou with cocoa beans that are grown in Vietnam, in the Lam Dong Province, in the famous Mekong Delta, situated in the Central Highlands between the cities Madagui and Bao Loc. The cocoa beans are fermented and dried on site by the local cocoa farmers.
This delicious bar is very chocolatey and offers earthy aromas and tasting notes of bread, blueberries, raisins, dates, and balsamic vinegar with a black cherry finish.
