✅ Carrots, extra virgin olive oil
✅ Crunchy rye / multigrain bread
✅ To drink: red fruit kombucha (unpasteurized)
✅ Pear and watermelon
✅ Chocolate 100% (Cusco, Peru)
✅ Coffee
