Probiotic lunch option: Bean Tempeh, Sauerkraut, and Kombucha

Eating probiotic foods brings several benefits as they contribute to a healthy microbiome and play an important role in promoting health and the correct functioning of the human body.

Here is my lunch of today:

✅ Bean Tempeh (fermented)
Linseed oil, turmeric and black pepper sauce (for Tempeh)
✅ Sauerkraut (fermented and unpasteurized)
Mushrooms
Carrots, extra virgin olive oil
✅ Crunchy rye / multigrain bread
✅ To drink: red fruit kombucha (unpasteurized)
Pear and watermelon
Chocolate 100% (Cusco, Peru)
✅ Coffee
